“On meeting I think the guide should be more informative. Did not introduce oneself, we had to ask questions. Also did not provide water on entering the car. Need to interact more with clients. Fun part was lacking. Luckily we had our own fun factor. Also he knew it was my birthday no happy birthday on arrival. However, we enjoyed the excursion to where we went.
